• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Estimated Shipping Times (Domestic):

Lost or Stolen Packages:
• Kaption Kulture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
• Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
• Kaption Kulture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
