Kaption Kulture - Return Policy

We want you to love your Kaption Kulture . If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Items must be defected due to merchant error. Please ensure you order the correct size.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Items on sale are not eligible for return.

Refund Method:

Upon successful inspection of your returned item(s), your refund will be issued exclusively as store credit. This store credit will be provided in the form of an e-gift receipt sent to the email address associated with your original purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact our customer service team at Support@kaptionkulture.com within the 30-day return window.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@kaptionkulture.com with photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve it.
